Job Description

Overview :
Mariposa Behavioral Health Services is BCBA-owned, and our model is built around a single idea: the person who writes the treatment plan should be the person who runs it. No PE. No drama. No RBTs. We are not private-equity owned and we do not employ RBTs. Every session, every program, every data point is delivered directly by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You write the treatment plan. You write the behavior support plan. You implement both yourself, with your own clients. No handoff. No implementation drift. No spending your week correcting errors on a program you designed three months ago and haven't seen since. We are a team of twelve BCBAs, and we have one opening. What Your Week Actually Looks Like Caseload of 2-4 clients. Not twelve. Not eighteen. Two to four. Four-day work week. Clinic runs Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 4:00pm. You build your own schedule inside regular business hours. No late nights. No weekends. Those aren't perks we're dangling — they simply aren't part of the job. In-person, direct service. Most clients also receive services in home and community settings where clinically appropriate, so your practice stays generalized instead of stuck inside four clinic walls. Why Clarksville Clarksville is a diverse, family-friendly city about 50 minutes northwest of Nashville — close enough for a weekend in the city, far enough that housing costs won't eat your raise. No state income tax. Real neighborhoods, short commutes, and a genuine community rather than a metro sprawl. Who Thrives Here BCBAs who miss direct implementation and want back in Clinicians leaving high-caseload environments where quality became impossible Analysts who want ownership of a few cases instead of oversight of many Someone who reads "no RBTs" and feels relief rather than confusion Requirements Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Tennessee licensure, or eligibility — we will walk you through it Reasonable commute to our Clarksville clinic Interested, or Just Curious? We'd love to talk through the model to see it is something worth pursuing! Let's talk!
