Desired Qualifications:
Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Prior experience completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) in a school environment. Familiarity with school procedures, collaborative consultation, and effective communication skills. Flexibility and adaptability to respond to day-to-day needs in educational settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide FBA services on a true per diem basis (as needed). Conduct FBA reviews and deliver expert recommendations to school staff. No duties related to Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). No supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) required. Collaborate with educators and school teams to maintain positive learning environments.
