Job Description
Job Summary Thrive ABA and Feeding Solutions, PLLC is a locally owned and operated ABA company based out of Putnam County, TN. We are looking to add a full-time and part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to our growing team! We are seeking to employ passionate and reliable team members to provide services in the home, school, clinic, and community settings throughout the Upper Cumberland. This role requires a strong commitment to attendance , effective and efficient communication skills , and the ability to work as a team member . Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply! Duties Continually ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment Uphold BACB ethical guidelines and company policies Participate in regular team meetings and trainings for professional development Supervise, train, and support our amazing team of RBTs Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and continually monitor individualized treatment plans Analyze data for continual progress monitoring Provide caregiver trainings for comprehensive care coordination Maintain confidentiality of all client information/ maintain HIPPA compliance. Uphold a professional demeanor and appearance while representing the organization.
