Opportunity Knocks is hiring for our middle Tennessee-based ABA therapy company serving children diagnosed with autism and their families in the greater Nashville area. Our mission is to provide individualized, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that is child-centered, family-focused, and designed to meet the unique needs of each child we serve. As a local, owner-operated company we're here, we care, and we're passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families in Middle Tennessee. Our company is growing and we support and encourage our staff to grow along with us. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team in a part-time RBT position for weekday morning/early afternoon hours in the Hendersonville area. This is a consistent, recurring schedule with one client, approximately 20 hours per week. A Monday through Friday 9am to 2pm schedule, with some flexibility on exact hours. Opportunity for additional hours are available. Additional part-time and full-time RBT positions in the greater Nashville area are also available. Paid time off, 410K, and health benefits available to eligible employees. You will deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in the child's school, home, and community setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). What you will do Implement individualized ABA treatment plan under BCBA support and supervision Collect and record accurate session data daily Foster skill development and behavior-reduction goals Display professionalism and maintain positive rapport with clients and families Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance What we are looking for Current RBT Certification in good standing is required Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs is beneficial Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology is preferred Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques is preferred Dependability Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team All candidates must pass a background check. Employment offers are contingent upon successful screening results to ensure the safety of the children and families we serve.
Pay:
From $26.50 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week
