Schedule:
Patient Hours:
Monday - Thursday / 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and Fridays 8-12 pmResponsibilities:
Patient Education:
Explain dental treatments in a way that patients can easily understand while addressing any concerns or questions.Treatment Planning:
Collaborate with the clinical team to develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and preferences.Financial Coordination:
Discuss treatment costs and payment options. Helping patients to navigate and make informed decisions.Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule appointments.Patient Advocacy:
Ensure patients' needs are met and accommodations are made.Follow-up:
Follow up with patients after treatment to monitor progress, address any concerns, and ensure patient satisfaction. Manages the Doctor and hygiene schedules to achieve utilization goals through efficient use of appointment timeAdministrative Tasks:
Handle administrative duties as needed and assigned Works with the clinical team to effectively manage daily patient flow, providing communication and information to the appropriate individuals Handles all treatment paperwork including consent forms, policy forms, exit paperwork, does NOT include insurance handling as we do not require patients to be insured Answers and returns incoming calls from patients Qualifications Energetic, positive attitude and focus on customer service and hospitality Ability to communicate with others in a professional manner Attention to detail 2 years or more of dental experience Open Dental or other dental practice management software experience Spanish speaking is a plusBenefits:
