• PTO•Flexible Scheduling Duties Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments for individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.

Develop individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors. Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy sessions aligned with treatment goals. Collect, analyze, and interpret data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed, ensuring measurable outcomes. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and provide training on behavior management strategies. Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices for medical records management. Participate in intake assessments, patient care planning, and ongoing evaluation processes to support comprehensive behavioral health services. Qualifications Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods. Familiarity with special education practices, behavioral terminology, HIPAA compliance, and medical documentation standards. Excellent patient assessment skills combined with the ability to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care.
