Help Children Thrive. Harwood Center is seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our mission-driven team. Guided by our commitment to Compassionate Care, Competent Care, and Collaborative Care, you'll provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to help young children with autism and other developmental disabilities. What You'll Do Provide 1:1
Therapy:
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans in clinic, home, or school settings.
Track Progress:
Collect session data and complete documentation using CentralReach software. Collaborate with
BCBAs :
Work under the guidance of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to deliver quality care. Support a
Positive Environment:
Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging space for learners.
Build Meaningful Relationships:
Communicate professionally with caregivers, staff, and members of the care team.
Protect Privacy:
Maintain client confidentiality in line with HIPAA guidelines. What You Bring Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and fingerprinting Strong communication, organization, time management, and adaptability skills Comfort working with children of all abilities Ability to participate in active, hands-on play, including running, sitting on the floor, bending, and lifting
What We Offer Consistent Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM — no nights or weekends
