Job Description

Home School Community-Based ABA | In-Person BCBA Supervision Natural Pathways ABA Services is growing! We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We provide naturalistic, individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings , and we are looking for someone who is comfortable working with clients in all three environments. This is not a telehealth-based position. Our BCBA supervision is provided
IN PERSON.
We believe RBTs benefit from having their BCBA present, involved, and available to provide hands-on training, modeling, feedback, and support. Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate: Is a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Has 2+ years of experience providing ABA services Has experience working with clients in the home, school, AND community Is comfortable implementing treatment in natural environments rather than only in a clinic setting Is dependable, professional, energetic, and able to work independently Understands ABA principles, behavior-reduction procedures, skill acquisition, reinforcement, prompting, and data collection Communicates well with BCBAs, caregivers, teachers, and other members of the treatment team Is comfortable working with children and adolescents with varying levels of support needs Is willing to learn and values ongoing feedback and professional development BCBA Students - We Would LOVE to Hear From You! Are you currently enrolled in an ABA graduate program and working toward becoming a BCBA? That is a BIG plus! We love helping future BCBAs grow. This position can provide an excellent environment for a BCBA student who wants meaningful clinical experience while accruing fieldwork hours. You will have opportunities to learn alongside experienced BCBAs and receive
IN-PERSON
supervision and mentorship while developing skills that go beyond simply implementing direct therapy. What You'll Do As an RBT with Natural Pathways, you will: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs Teach communication, social, daily living, independence, safety, and functional skills Collect accurate data and document client progress Use natural environment teaching (NET) throughout everyday routines and activities Support clients with transitions, community participation, social interactions, and increasing independence Implement behavior plans with consistency and treatment integrity Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs Communicate professionally with caregivers, teachers, and other team members Participate in hands-on, in-person BCBA supervision and training What Makes Natural Pathways Different We believe good ABA happens in the places where our clients actually live their lives. Our clients may receive services at home, at school, and out in the community , allowing RBTs to help skills generalize beyond a therapy room. We also believe RBTs deserve accessible, involved BCBA support. Our supervision is not conducted through a computer screen. BCBA supervision is
IN PERSON
, allowing for real-time modeling, coaching, problem solving, and feedback. We are looking for someone who wants to become part of a team—not simply fill a schedule.
Qualifications Required:
Active RBT certification High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Ability to travel between client locations Ability to pass all required background screenings Strong communication and documentation skills Dependability and professionalism
Strongly Preferred:
2+ years of RBT/ABA experience Experience providing ABA in home, school, and community settings Experience with natural environment teaching Experience working with a variety of ages, skill levels, and behavioral needs Currently enrolled in a
BCBA/ABA
graduate program and accruing fieldwork hours Join Our Team If you are an experienced RBT who wants to work in real-world environments with hands-on BCBA support , we would love to meet you. And if you are a future BCBA looking for a position where you can grow clinically while gaining meaningful experience and fieldwork hours, we especially encourage you to apply. Come grow with Natural Pathways ABA Services and be part of a team focused on practical skills, independence, meaningful progress, and compassionate ABA.
