Your Role as a Lead RBT You will serve as a model of clinical excellence, providing both outstanding direct therapy to clients with complex needs and crucial support to our team of RBTs.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Excellence & Client Services Provide high-quality, direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients, skillfully implementing complex treatment and behavior plans. Serve as a member of our \"Safety Support Go Team,\" effectively managing and responding to crisis situations. Ensure accurate and timely data collection, and assist BCBAs by inspecting data for accuracy. 2. Leadership & Mentorship Mentor new and junior RBTs, providing hands-on training, modeling best practices, and offering supportive guidance. Serve as the first point of contact for RBTs' questions regarding program implementation. Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative atmosphere among the technician team. 3. Operational & Clinical Support Assist BCBAs with the creation and organization of client program materials during your indirect shift. Ensure clinical programming changes are seamlessly integrated into session materials and understood by the team. Take on key responsibilities such as opening or closing the clinic and serving as the clinical point of contact in a BCBA's absence to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Must hold and maintain an active RBT certification with the BACB. Minimum of 1 years of experience providing direct ABA therapy as an RBT; Equivalent relevant experience, knowledge, and demonstrated proficiency may be considered. Demonstrated experience working with clients with significant challenging behaviors. Proven ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Must be flexible, adaptable, and willing to work with any client in a variety of settings as needed. Must pass a criminal history background check.

Highly Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field. Formal experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity (e.g., training new staff). Certification and/or extensive experience in a crisis management system.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
