Qualifications & Experience:

Active BCBA or RBT certification required Previous experience working in school settings highly preferred Solid understanding of behavior-analytic principles, especially as applied to educational settings Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Strong collaborative skills for working with teachers, support staff, and families Passion for supporting students with disabilities and improving educational outcomes

Responsibilities:
