You'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively within schools near Clinton, TN, making difference every day as either a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Qualifications:

Active certification as an RBT or BCBA required Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in educational settings Demonstrated understanding of special education guidelines and LRE principles Strong collaborative skills for working with educators, families, and support staff Ability to collect, document, and analyze behavioral data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
