We're seeking an experienced BCBA who can thrive in a district-based role, providing pivotal support across multiple schools via a streamlined referral process. This is a part-time, contract opportunity with the chance to make a significant impact on students and staff throughout the district.
What Were Looking For:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license required Availability for 1015 hours per week, onsite only Experience in educational or pediatric settings is highly valued Capability to manage varying caseloads and adapt to evolving needs Attention to detail in documentation and process adherence Excellent collaboration and consultation skills Ability to complete timely fingerprinting and credentialing
Role Highlights:
Serve as a district support specialist, primarily working from the district office Consult in response to referrals, supporting schools throughout the area (assigned caseloads will consider geographic logistics) Collaborate with the Vanderbilt Triad program, participating in monthly consults to enhance practice with data-driven feedback Access to a comprehensive Help Desk, ensuring support and manageable workloads through detailed processes Interact with diverse age groups and a variety of behavioral and educational needs Play a key role within a collaborative team, acting as a resource and leader in behavior analysis best practices Embrace a fulfilling contract position where your expertise uplifts students, educators, and families alike.
