Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity focusing on behavior analysis within a school-based environment near Soddy Daisy, TN. This role is designed for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) who excel in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and prefer the flexibility of a true per diem schedule. You will play a vital part by providing expert FBA reviews as needed—without responsibilities related to Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision.
Desired Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred Comprehensive knowledge of conducting and reviewing Functional Behavior Assessments Strong analytical, observational, and reporting skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff and families Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
Provide on-call, per diem FBA reviews for students as requested by school personnel Analyze data and offer insights to support student success within the educational setting Consult and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to interpret FBA findings Complete all documentation accurately and in a timely manner Maintain compliance with school district procedures and ethical guidelines Deliver clear, actionable summaries and recommendations following FBA reviews
