Job Description
We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our autism and behavior supports clinical team. We have immediate openings for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or those interested in becoming trained as an RBT. The clinic is open Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-4:00pm, Friday 8:00-12:00. We are looking to hire full time, part time, and after school hours for the clinic setting.
Minimum Requirements:
- A high school diploma
- At least 18 years of age
- Pass background check
- Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or ability to complete the RBT certification within 1 month of hire.
- Strong written communication skills, which includes completing computer-based sessions notes as directed by supervising BCBA
- Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA practices and strict adherence to policies.
