Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, skilled in implementing ABA strategies, and thrives in a collaborative, relationship-focused environment. You'll play a vital role in helping children achieve developmental milestones while fostering trust, joy, and progress. Key Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in clinic, home, or community settings Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity and compassion Accurately collect and record data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team to adjust strategies based on data Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for all clients Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all interactions Required Qualifications Active RBT certification through the BACB (or willing to obtain within 90 days of start date) High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology or education preferred) Experience working with children, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder Ability to follow structured protocols while remaining flexible and empathetic Strong communication and interpersonal skills Clear background check and current CPR certification Preferred Attributes A heart for child-centered care and a deep sense of empathy Familiarity with ABA software and data collection tools Desire to grow professionally within the field of ABA Why Join Elevated Therapeutics? Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
