Position Overview The BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment programs, supervising behavior technicians, and supporting families through effective parent training. This role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and a passion for improving client outcomes in a collaborative, in-home environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Design, implement, and modify behavior intervention programs based on client progress Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide clinical decision-making Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization and long-term success Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure quality care and service delivery Adhere to all ethical guidelines, company policies, confidentiality standards, and mandated reporting requirements Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and team members Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and a Texas licensure Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance Ability to perform physical job requirements including standing for extended periods, bending, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds Successful completion of background check, driving record review, and reference verification What We Offer Competitive compensation in the top quartile of market rates Paid training and ongoing clinical support Generous paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting
