Expect:
As a Behavior Technician working one-on-one with children with Autism in a supportive clinic setting, you will: Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication. Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients. Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.
