Job Description

Behavior Technician (BT) - Buda, TX At Olive Branch ABA, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive. We provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA services to children and adolescents with autism. We are looking for a dependable and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one support to a client in Buda, Texas .
What You'll Do:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. Implement individualized treatment plans. Collect accurate session data. Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Follow clinical and behavioral intervention protocols. Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members. Maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Experience working with children preferred. Experience with autism, ABA, education, or behavioral health preferred. Active RBT certification is a plus but not required. Reliable transportation. Valid Texas driver's license. Strong communication skills. Patient, dependable, compassionate, and willing to learn.
