Paid RBT Certification:
We cover all costs for your 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) coursework and national exam within your first 8 weeks.
Competitive Starting Pay & Raises:
Start at $17.00 - $18.50/hr with structured performance and compensation evaluations every 6 months to grow your base income.
Consistent Daytime Schedule:
Work 8:00 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday—no evenings, no weekends, and predictable clinic hours (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM) .
Direct Clinical Mentorship:
Work directly alongside experienced, accessible BCBAs in an energizing clinic setting (proudly BCBA-D owned and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn).

Direct Therapy:
Implement individualized plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.
Deliver Assent-Based Care:
Champion neurodiversity-affirming care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and active engagement in a fun clinic environment.
Track Session Data:
Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session metrics and write objective daily progress notes.

Education:
High school diploma, GED, or higher.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily clinic travel.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
