Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) to join our vibrant in-center team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral psychological assessments to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify behavioral challenges and strengths. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's needs, ensuring adherence to best practices in ABA therapy. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to track progress and inform treatment adjustments. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, medical staff, and family members, to support client goals across various settings such as clinics, schools, and homes. Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Maintain accurate medical documentation, client records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards. Communicate effectively with clients' families regarding progress updates, behavioral strategies, and care plans to promote consistency across environments. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Special Education or related field; certification as a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) required. Proven experience working with children with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles, behavioral health strategies, and functional assessments such as FBA. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in clinical or home-based settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards. Ability to perform patient assessments and conduct behavioral psychological evaluations confidently. Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family engagement. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
