Paid RBT Certification:
For uncertified hires, we cover all costs for your 40-hour RBT coursework and national BACB exam within your first 8 weeks.
Predictable Daytime Schedule:
Work 8:00 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday—enjoy consistent hours, a single clinic home, and your weekends free (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM) .
BCBA-D Owned & Led:
Work directly alongside accessible, supportive BCBAs in a clinical culture designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn.

Direct Therapy:
Implement individual behavior plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.
Deliver Assent-Based Care:
Champion neurodiversity-affirming values, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic setting.
Track Session Data:
Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.
What We're Looking For Credentials:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!
The Mindset:
Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and ready to thrive in a collaborative clinical team.
Transportation:
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Forest Lane clinic.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
