Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress in clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Duties Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify client needs and develop effective intervention strategies Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's unique goals and challenges Collect, analyze, and interpret data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure optimal outcomes Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and support staff, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices in behavioral health Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care plans and facilitate consistent implementation across settings such as home or school Perform client assessments including intake evaluations, diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing progress reviews while maintaining accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Support autism spectrum disorders support initiatives by delivering evidence-based ABA therapy for children with disabilities in various environments including home-based settings Skills Extensive experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or neurodevelopmental disorders Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), functional assessment techniques, and behavior intervention strategies Proficiency in data collection methods, medical terminology, and medical records management within a HIPAA-compliant framework Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral health assessments such as functional behavior assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations Excellent communication skills for client interaction, family education, team collaboration, and documentation of clinical notes Experience working within special education environments or school settings is highly desirable Ability to provide clinical supervision while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care Join us in creating positive change through innovative behavioral health services!
