Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention programs. Train, supervise, and mentor behavior technicians and other team members in both clinic and home settings. Collaborate with families, educators, and other service providers. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Provide direct services when necessary. Meet a productivity expectation of 30 billable hours per week . Qualifications The employer is seeking candidates who have: A master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. An active BCBA certification . Experience with operational management . Strong written and verbal communication skills. A valid driver's license and auto insurance.
