Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) -
Full-Time Pay:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in both home-based and clinic settings . Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) , you will help children develop essential communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while making a meaningful impact on their lives and the lives of their families. Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings. Collect, record, and maintain accurate behavioral data and session notes. Teach communication, social, self-help, and independent living skills. Implement behavior intervention plans, including behavior reduction strategies and replacement skill training. Collaborate and communicate professionally with parents, caregivers, and the clinical team. Maintain confidential client records and comply with HIPAA and company policies. Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour Guaranteed 32-40 hours per week for full-time employees 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance (eligible after 90 days) Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90 days Attendance incentive bonuses Performance-based pay increases after 90 days Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for RBT certification renewal Opportunities for career growth and advancement Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required) Experience working with children (required) Previous ABA therapy experience (preferred) Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred) Knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral data collection Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the clinical team
