El Paso, TX Pay:
$20-$25/hour, based on experience

Full-time & Part-time The Mireles Clinic (TMC) is a locally owned ABA clinic dedicated to ethical, individualized, and compassionate treatment. We are looking for passionate RBTs and student analysts who want to grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children, teens, and individuals with developmental disabilities. Experienced Clinical Leadership:
Learn from our Clinical Director, who specializes in verbal behavior and our Founder, a BCBA with over 15 years of experience working with individuals across the lifespan.
Student Analyst Opportunities:

Professional Development:

Individualized Treatment:
Work with diverse age groups, including preteens and individuals with severe behaviors.
Career Growth:
Performance-based raises available every 6 months with opportunities to advance within our growing clinic. Your Role Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision. Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Collect behavioral data and complete session documentation. Collaborate with families and the clinical team. Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development. Qualifications Active RBT certification required. One year experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities as a RBT required. Reliable transportation for in-home services. CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days of hire, or earlier if required for assigned duties (training provided). Location & Schedule Services are currently provided in-home or daycare while our East El Paso clinic is undergoing a sensory wall upgrade. Most clients are located on the East Side, with occasional West Side social group community outings. Our clinic operates Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-7:00 PM, with flexible block scheduling based on client needs and employee availability to prevent burnout.
