As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one support in various settings, including homes and community locations. The role involves implementing behavior plans and training caregivers. This position requires an RBT License to ensure effective service delivery. Duties:

Work hours vary based on client age and needs, typically in the afternoons, evenings, and occasionally on weekends or at school sites. Flexible schedules make this ideal for teachers, students, and parents with relevant experience. Candidates must be board-certified by the BACB; training will be provided for those without certification. Spanish speakers and Tricare-certified individuals are a plus.

Job type:

Contract Full or Part-time. Pay of $17-25 per hour depending on experience.

Required Experiences:

Applied Behavior Analysis/Paraprofessional - 1 year.
