Behavior Technician In-Home ABA Services Schedule:
Weekdays 3:30-7:00 PM or Mornings (consistent hours) + optional weekend hours

In person (in-home) Carrolton/Plano Position Overview Affirmative Parenting Solutions, LLC is seeking a reliable, compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA services to a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This is an excellent role for someone who wants consistent afternoon hours , strong clinical support, and meaningful, relationship-based work with a family who values collaboration. Why This Role Stands Out Consistent after-school schedule that works well with students, second jobs, or family life Supportive BCBA supervision with clear goals and coaching Meaningful 1:1 work with visible progress over time Optional weekend hours for those who want to build their caseload Paid positions only (including internships) Responsibilities Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy in the home. Implement behavior and skill acquisition programs developed by a BCBA. Collect accurate session data and contribute to clinical decision-making. Teach and reinforce communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Support behavior reduction strategies with professionalism and consistency. Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and caregivers to promote generalization. Complete timely, objective session documentation aligned with clinical standards. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass background and employment eligibility requirements. Strong professionalism, reliability, and communication skills. Comfortable providing in-home services. Preferred Qualifications Active RBT certification (strongly preferred). Experience working with children with autism or related developmental needs. Familiarity with ABA teaching strategies and data collection. Skills That Lead to Success Consistent attendance and punctuality. Comfortable with structured teaching and natural environment learning. Clear, objective documentation habits. Warm, calm presence during challenging moments.
