Job Description

Why FlexMed Solutions:
FlexMed Solutions is a new ABA practice opening in DFW. This is a founding clinical hire, so you'd be the first or one of the first BCBAs on staff, with direct input into caseload structure, treatment protocols, and clinical operations as the practice takes shape. As an early-stage practice our compensation reflects above-market pay for your caseload, realistic billable expectations, and quarterly bonuses tied to performance.
The Details:
Setting:
100% Clinic-Based (No driving across DFW for in-home sessions)
Billable Expectation:
[e.g., 28 - 32] hours per week
Caseload:
Capped at [e.g., 6-10] clients to ensure quality of care What the job actually involves: Write and run individualized ABA treatment plans for your caseload Supervise RBTs and review their session data Train and mentor other BCBAs (BCaBA) as the clinical team grows Run parent training and keep families in the loop Complete accurate assessments and treatment plans Ensure accurate, high quality and timely documentation needed for insurance/Medicaid billing Must ensure any/all audits are passed without exceptions.
What you need:
Active BCBA certification, in good standing with the BACB Texas LBA license Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Eligible for Texas Medicaid and Commercial Insurance provider enrollment Comfortable working with families directly, not just clients Bilingual (Spanish/English)?
