Schedule:

We're hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are ready to roll up their sleeves, get silly when needed, and show up every day to make a difference. No robotic sessions. No big-box burnout. What You'll Actually Do :
Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism Implement fun, structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans Cheer them on as they learn to communicate, play, and thrive Track progress and learn how to make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with supportive, experienced BCBAs who've got your back to develop life-changing care plans.
What We're Looking For:
You care about people -plain and simple You're reliable, flexible, and comfortable getting down on the floor to play High school diploma required; bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients
