We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and dependable Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are excited to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with special needs. As we prepare to open a new Child's Path center in the Sherman, TX area , we are expanding our team and looking for RBTs who are interested in growing with us! We are currently hiring Part-Time RBTs for in-home services in the: Anna, TX area Sherman, TX area Frisco, TX area Part-Time RBTs may also have opportunities to provide in-center services at our Frisco location . Candidates interested in in-center work should be comfortable commuting to our Frisco center. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working directly with children and families and want the flexibility of providing services across home and center-based environments .
Ideal candidates will:
Have an active RBT credential or be interested in obtaining their RBT certification Be compassionate, patient, dependable, and enthusiastic about working with children Be comfortable providing services in both in-home and center-based environments Be willing to travel between service locations as needed Have a genuine interest in helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Work collaboratively with BCBAs, families, and other members of the treatment team Be Part of Our Growth! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & BASIC DUTIES
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions (i.e. DTT, PECS, NET, etc.) to children with special needs in a 1:1 setting in the home, school, and community. Collect accurate & reliable electronic and paper data for skill acquisition and problem behaviors on a daily basis Work with BCBA and therapy team to implement treatment goals in all areas including self-help, independent living, gross/fine motor, language, etc. Implement an individualized treatment plan as written and directed by a BCBA. Maintain professional and technical knowledge through educational opportunities. Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences. Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with the client's individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols. Follow ethical standards regarding behavioral modification Collaborate with team members and maintain ongoing communication Qualifications and Skills Creative, flexible, self-motivated, Energetic, Team Player.

Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations. Well-organized and detail-oriented. Works efficiently with the ability to multi-task.
Team Player Pay:
$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
