Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Immediate Opening_
Galena Park, TX Company:
AA Mental Health Services Location:
Galena Park, TX 77547 (In-home ABA services only)
Job Type:
Part-time (25 hours per week)
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM-6:00
PM Pay:
$24.00 per hour
Language Requirement:
Spanish and English bilingual proficiency required
About Us:
AA Mental Health Services is a leading provider of ABA therapy, dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. After years of successfully serving families in Florida, we are now expanding to Texas and looking for passionate and committed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in the Houston area.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-home only. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Accurately collect and record session data on client progress. Support behavior reduction and skill acquisition strategies. Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and supervisors. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
Qualifications:
Active RBT certification (Registered Behavior Technician). Bilingual in Spanish and English required due to the communication needs of the client/family Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while following BCBA guidance. Reliable transportation to client homes.
