Job Description
SkillBridge ABA Therapy (powered by Alpaca Health) is growing, and we're excited to begin building our RBT team! We are currently connecting with experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are interested in joining SkillBridge as our client caseload grows. We're recruiting ahead of upcoming client placements so that we can thoughtfully match our RBTs with clients based on availability, location, experience, and clinical fit. Initial hours will be part-time and based on client availability, with the opportunity to grow into a consistent part-time or full-time caseload. About the Role SkillBridge provides individualized, in-home ABA services for clients ages 2-21. Our services extend beyond traditional early intervention and may include: Early intervention Functional communication Play and social skills Emotional regulation and coping skills Executive functioning Daily living and self-help skills Community participation Independence and functional life skills Client sessions may be available between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, depending on client needs and availability. Candidates with flexible daytime and/or evening availability are encouraged to apply. What We're Looking For Active RBT certification Previous ABA experience preferred Reliable transportation and willingness to provide in-home and community-based services Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build positive relationships with clients and caregivers Commitment to compassionate, individualized, assent-centered ABA Interest in working with a variety of ages and skill areas Benefits & Perks We believe supporting our team is just as important as supporting our clients.
