To accomplish this we aim to keep our company professional with clear expectations, simple policies, transparent operations, and an emphasis on low stress. ## Overview We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy to individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those you work with. If you are not currently an RBT you will need to become one before you start. It typically takes 3-5 weeks and we will be glad to direct you through the process. ## Responsibilities of the position:

• Punctuality and preparedness to be present with the patient without personal distractions
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Work directly with individuals to provide applied behavior analysis therapy
• Assist in the assessment of clients' skills and behaviors
• Document and maintain accurate records of client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment goals ## Skills that will need to be learned and utilized:
• Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
• Strong patient care and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and techniques
• Ability to maintain detailed medical documentation
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health
• Experience working with children is preferred
• Ability to effectively educate and communicate with clients and their families
