Job Description

Are you a passionate, compassionate RBT looking to make a real difference in the lives of young children? At Essential Speech and ABA Therapy, we're growing and would love to welcome dedicated team members who are excited about providing high-quality, evidence-based care in a fun and supportive clinic environment. We work with children ages 18 months to 6 years and focus on individualized, play-based ABA therapy that helps our kiddos learn, grow, and thrive. This is a great opportunity for an RBT who enjoys collaboration, values consistency, and wants to grow professionally while keeping therapy engaging and meaningful every day. What You'll Do Direct Therapy & Support Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based strategies and positive reinforcement Create fun, play-based learning experiences in a structured therapeutic setting Collect accurate data and uphold strong clinical standards Collaboration & Teamwork Work alongside BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs to support well-rounded care Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training Help maintain a positive, encouraging clinic culture Family Communication Communicate professionally and respectfully with caregivers Support parent training to promote consistency across environments Documentation & Accountability Complete session notes and data collection accurately and on time Assist with progress updates as directed by your supervising BCBA What We're Looking For At least 1 year of experience as an RBT Active RBT certification (required) CPR certification preferred Experience working with children ages 18 months to 6 years Strong ability to provide consistent, high-quality care while maintaining professionalism Reliable, punctual, and a team player A genuine passion for helping young children build meaningful life skills

Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$16.50 - $18.50 per hour
