Available Benefits Help for . We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis. (ABA) therapy to children and individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges. The Behavior Technician will implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collect behavioral data, and support clients in developing communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision Provide direct therapy services in home, clinic, school, or community settings Collect and record accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data Assist clients with communication, social interaction, and daily living skills Use positive reinforcement and behavior intervention strategies Maintain professional and ethical standards according to BACB guidelines Communicate client progress and concerns with supervisors and caregivers Attend required training sessions, team meetings, and supervision appointments Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients Will travel to some clients home - need reliable transportation Background requirements: No criminal record allowed and must pass drug test
