Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrators district-wide Provide ongoing staff training and coaching on behavior strategies Monitor student progress, update behavior plans, and ensure fidelity of interventions Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed Collaborate with outside service providers when appropriate Onboarding for this position includes fingerprinting and a registry list search, helping ensure a safe and secure environment for students and staff.
