Position Summary We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Arlington, TX and near by areas. As an RBT at Sierra Behavioral Therapy, you will work directly with children and adults to implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a critical role in helping clients develop communication, social, academic, and daily living skills while promoting positive, respectful behavior support. Key Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and out in the community Implement individualized treatment plans developed and supervised by a BCBA Use evidence-based, ethical behavior support strategies Teach and reinforce skills across communication, social interaction, play, academic readiness, and adaptive living domains Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, toileting, grooming, and feeding, as appropriate Collect and record accurate data during therapy sessions to track client progress Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with
HIPAA, BACB
guidelines, and company policies Communicate effectively and professionally with families, supervisors, and team members Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing professional development Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Active RBT certification through the BACB (or a willingness to obtain with our company-provided training) Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred) Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards Must pass a background check Reliable transportation Why Join Sierra Behavioral Therapy?
