Qualifications:
Current national BACB certification (must have) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential Experience working in school-based or similar settings preferred Ability to travel between multiple school sites Completion of fingerprinting and registry list search required for onboarding
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite behavioral support and leadership across multiple school locations Conduct behavioral assessments and implement intervention plans Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student success Document and report on behavioral programs and student progress Stay current with best practices and maintain all required certifications
