Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement behavior intervention plans and support their growth and development. This role requires a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and the ability to collect data effectively while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Part-time (morning availability) About Us Infinite Hope ABA is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate, and family-centered ABA therapy services. We believe in empowering children and young adults to reach their fullest potential while supporting families every step of the way. Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, community, or clinic settings Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect and record accurate data during sessions Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals Attend supervision meetings and training sessions as required Maintain RBT certification and follow ethical guidelines Qualifications Active RBT certification with the BACB (required) High school diploma (required); bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field (preferred) Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($21-$24/hour) Supervision hours for those pursuing BCBA/BCaBA certification Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to grow with a new and mission-driven company Check out our website: http://infinitehopeaba.durablesites.com
