Fast growing ABA clinic located in Lake Jackson, Texas is looking for passionate and committed individuals to provide behavioral therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. • 4:00 pm To apply you must: Be at least 18 years old College education is highly preferred One year or more of experience working with children with disabilities Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required or must obtain Full-Time work available Responsibilities
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior using designated methods.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Pay:

$15.00
