About the Role ASPIRE is seeking energetic, compassionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians serving Leander, Cedar Park, and neighboring communities in North and Central Austin. In this role, you will work directly with clients in home and community-based settings to implement behavioral treatment programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You'll use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to: Deliver one-on-one instruction Teach social, play, communication, and daily living skills Reduce challenging behaviors with evidence-based strategies Track client progress through detailed data collection Participate in ongoing training and professional development This is a part-time position ideal for individuals committed to making a long-term impact— we ask for a minimum one-year commitment . Full time opportunities may be available for the right candidates. What We're Looking For We welcome both experienced professionals and those new to the field who are eager to learn and grow. Preferred candidates have experience in ABA, are upper-division students or graduates in psychology, education, or a related field, and/or hold an RBT certification.
Requirements Minimum age:
18 years Possess and/or attain the Registered Behavior Technician credential Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided) Ability to travel to Leander, Cedar Park and surrounding areas Availability for at least 3 weekday afternoons (3:30-6:30 PM) during the school year Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and reliably Successful completion of a background check One-year minimum commitment to assigned clients What We Offer Flexible scheduling Competitive pay : $19.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience Mileage reimbursement Career advancement and BCBA supervision opportunities Insurance Benefits (for qualifying FT employees): Medical, dental, and vision coverage Life insurance and supplemental plans (accident, disability, critical illness, etc.) Paid time off and holidays (for qualifying FT employees) 401(k) with company match BCBA Training Academy For team members enrolled in a graduate-level ABA program, our BCBA Training Academy offers: Supervised fieldwork across home, clinic, and community settings One-on-one BCBA mentorship Opportunities for leadership and clinical project work Development of a professional Behavior Analytic Portfolio A structured pathway to professional growth and certification About ASPIRE Founded in 2005, ASPIRE is dedicated to serving the behavioral needs of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities across their lifespan.
