Job Description

Availability:
Client is in Leander, TX 78641 7 year old female in home Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 4-8 (12 hours) Potential additional Saturdays if desired ```Duties```
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Assist with diagnostic evaluations and assessments
  • Collaborate with the BCBA to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Use applied behavior analysis techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
  • Provide support and guidance to clients' families ```Qualifications```
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably children
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation procedures
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in medical terminology and documentation
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field (preferred) Please note that this position requires working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities.
