Job Description
Availability:
Client is in Leander, TX 78641 7 year old female in home Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 4-8 (12 hours) Potential additional Saturdays if desired ```Duties```- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Collaborate with the BCBA to develop individualized treatment plans
- Use applied behavior analysis techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
- Provide support and guidance to clients' families ```Qualifications```
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably children
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation procedures
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in medical terminology and documentation
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field (preferred) Please note that this position requires working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Pay:
$21.00- $24.
