Radiant Autism Center is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Floater to join our clinical team! We are looking for a flexible, experienced BCBA who enjoys working with different teams, supporting multiple centers, and having variety in their day-to-day schedule. This position will provide clinical support across Radiant Autism Center locations as needed, with opportunities for telehealth services as well. What You'll Do Provide BCBA services and clinical support across Radiant Autism Center locations as needed Step in to support centers during PTO, staffing changes, increased caseloads, or other clinical needs Conduct assessments, develop and update treatment plans, and provide ongoing clinical oversight Provide supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs and clinical staff Support parent training and caregiver collaboration Participate in team meetings and collaborate with Clinical Directors and other BCBAs Provide telehealth BCBA services when appropriate Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Help ensure continuity of care for clients when supporting different locations What We're Looking For Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification and applicable Texas licensure Experience providing ABA services Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills Comfortable working with different teams and adapting to different center environments Organized, dependable, and able to work independently Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services Willingness to travel between Radiant Autism Center locations as needed Why Radiant Autism Center?
