Collaborative Team:
Partner with BCBAs, OTs, SLPs, PTs, and counselors in an interdisciplinary environment At Cutting Edge, therapy has a purpose - and so does your career. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs. Prompt and reinforce socially appropriate behaviors using evidence-based ABA strategies. Collect and document behavior data (e.g., ABC, frequency, duration, latency, interval recording). Support and educate families and caregivers on behavioral strategies, reinforcement techniques, and early intervention principles. Monitor client safety and promote a positive, supportive environment. Assist with toileting and diapering while maintaining client dignity, safety, and following care plans. Collaborate with BCBAs and the interdisciplinary team by participating in meetings, documenting client progress, communicating treatment updates and in-service events/training workshops. Promote a positive public image and advocate for clients and comprehensive services. Adhere to all clinic safety protocols and ethical standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualification and Skill Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is required. Active RBT certification is required. Physical Requirements Duties require extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching. Requires lifting, positioning, and/or transferring clients, including the ability to participate in physical activities and play-based therapies. May be required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
