About Bear Tracks Autism Center At Bear Tracks Autism Center, our mission is simple: Empowering Every Step, Celebrating Every Success. Position Overview The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism and related disorders in the home and community settings. Services are delivered under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, enjoy working independently, and want to make a meaningful impact in a child's life. Key Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home and community settings Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the BCBA Utilize Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and behavior reduction strategies Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs using Rethink Follow all behavior intervention plans (BIP) with fidelity Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members Assist with generalization of skills across settings and caregivers Attend supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings as required Provide professional and compassionate support to clients and families
Qualifications Required:
Active RBT certification High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home services Ability to pass background check
Preferred:
