Qualifications & Experience:

Active BCBA certification required Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Strong communication and collaborative skills to engage with students, staff, and families Ability to create and implement functional behavior assessments (FBA) and design evidence-based intervention plans Passion for fostering success in diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to support student needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and parents to support students success Provide training and consultation to staff on best practices for behavior support and applied behavior analysis (ABA) Observe students in classroom and other school settings to offer recommendations and adjust interventions Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and compliance with relevant regulations
