$20.00 - $24.50+ / hour Uncertified /
Entry-Level:
$18.00 - $19.50 / hour (100% Paid RBT Training Included)

Paid RBT Certification Sponsorship:

Consistent Clinic-Based Schedule:
Work a stable daytime routine (8:00 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday-Friday) with predictable scheduling, a centralized clinic home, and your weekends back (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM) .
Structured Pay Growth:
Starting pay backed by clear performance and compensation evaluations every 6 months to ensure your income scales with your expertise.
Direct Clinical Mentorship:
We are proudly BCBA-D owned and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn. Secure your supervision hours and advance your skills alongside collaborative, accessible BCBAs.

PTO accrual, paid holidays, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance, and employer-sponsored disability coverage. What You'll Do (1-on-1 Direct Care) Provide 1-on-1
Direct Therapy:
Work one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting using compassionate, assent-based care that prioritizes client needs and supports neurodiversity acceptance.
Implement Individualized Plans:
Run target procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
Track Session Data:
Use a provided clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.
Who You Are Credentials:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!
Mindset:
Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and thriving in a collaborative team setting.
Physical Stamina:
Ready to stay active! Able to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at their level and maintain safety protocols.
Transportation:
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
