  • Riverstone, Missouri city Area Bluebonnet Autism is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA therapy) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) .

Location Riverstone , Missouri City Center Job Type Full-time Flexible schedule Immediate openings Competitive hourly pay (based on experience and education) Flexible scheduling BCBA supervision included BCBA fieldwork / internship hours available Career advancement in ABA and behavioral health Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) under BCBA supervision Use Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) Support skill acquisition (communication, social skills, daily living skills) Manage challenging behaviors (tantrums, aggression, self-injurious behavior) Perform accurate data collection and behavior tracking Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and caregivers Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude Requirements Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
