Job Description

Work one-on-one with children with disabilities to make a real difference at Epic Strides! Are you passionate about helping others learn, grow, and reach meaningful goals? Epic Strides is looking for compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA therapy team in Plano, Texas. Whether you're an experienced RBT or beginning your career in ABA , we want to hear from you. You'll work one-on-one with neurodivergent individuals, helping clients strengthen communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills while being supported by an experienced BCBA team. Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities are available!

Part-Time Behavior Technician:

$16.00

•17.50/hour

•we will train you to get your RBT certification!

RBT or Bachelor's Degree:

$17.50

•21.50/hour Full-Time Behavior Technician without a degree: $17.00

•19.00/hour

RBT or Bachelor's Degree:

$19.00

Work Setting:

In-person at our excellent Center Once you apply, one of our team members will reach out to get you set up for your fast-track interview . What is a Behavior Technician? As a Behavior Technician, you'll provide individualized, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the direction and supervision of a BCBA. You'll use evidence-based teaching strategies and individualized treatment plans to help clients develop important communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills. You'll also have the opportunity to celebrate the everyday wins and major milestones that make a meaningful difference for clients and their families. What You'll Do Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy to neurodivergent individuals Implement individualized behavior plans and interventions under BCBA supervision Use evidence-based ABA teaching strategies to support client learning and progress Help clients develop communication, social, play, behavioral, and daily living skills Assist with social skills groups that encourage communication, confidence, and positive peer interaction Build positive and supportive relationships with clients and their families Collect and accurately record data on client progress throughout sessions Communicate relevant client progress and session information with the treatment team Follow BCBA direction and supervision requirements Prepare therapy materials and help maintain a clean, organized learning environment Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development Maintain thorough documentation and protect client confidentiality Follow established clinic procedures and safety protocols Help create positive, engaging, and fun learning experiences for clients What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: At least a high school graduate or equivalent Compassionate, patient, enthusiastic, and dependable Comfortable working with children and/or neurodivergent individuals Able to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team Reliable, responsible, and eager to learn Open to feedback and continued professional development Comfortable staying engaged and flexible in an active therapy environment Passionate about helping others make their next stride RBT certification is preferred but not required. Candidates with an RBT certification or Bachelor's degree may qualify for a higher compensation range. Schedule & Availability Epic Strides is open:

PM Friday:

8:45 AM-4:45 PM For candidates seeking part-time employment , availability for a minimum of 3 days per week from 11:00 AM-5:15 PM is required. Candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Plano, TX 75024 and be able to commute reliably to the center. Applicants within approximately a 40-mile commute radius are preferred.
